InvestIQ ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
We collect: account information (name, email) provided during registration via our authentication provider; learning progress data (completed lessons, XP, streaks); usage analytics (page views, feature usage); and device information (browser type, operating system).
Your information is used to: provide and personalize the learning experience; track your progress and sync it across devices; improve the App through aggregated analytics; and communicate important updates about the service.
Weekly league: other players can see your league nickname (your initials, or a nickname you chose), your avatar, your streak and your XP for the current week — never your email. Nicknames are filtered, and offensive ones can be reported and are reset by us. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: authentication providers (Clerk) for login services; database providers (Neon) for data storage; analytics services (Vercel Analytics) for usage metrics; and partner financial institutions — only when you explicitly choose to open an account through our referral links. In such cases, only the information you provide directly to the partner is shared, subject to their own privacy policy.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access-controlled databases. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data; export your progress data; and opt out of non-essential analytics.
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences (language, theme). We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, aggregated usage metrics with no cross-site tracking.
InvestIQ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
