InvestIQ is an educational platform designed to teach investment concepts through gamified lessons. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. All content is for educational purposes only. InvestIQ may partner with licensed financial institutions to offer users the option to open investment accounts. Such partnerships are clearly disclosed, and any account opening is subject to the partner institution's own terms and regulations.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing in this App constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Any investment decisions you make are solely your responsibility. Past performance discussed in educational content does not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

InvestIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the App or from any investment decisions made based on knowledge acquired through the App.
